Fabrication & Welding
With a large, fully equipped workshop, our team of skilled fabricators are experienced in producing complex one off and small batch production batches to repeat components called off at regular intervals to meet the customers requirements.
We have a wealth of experience in the manufacture of fabricated items in a comprehensive range of materials ranging from stainless and carbon steels to Aluminium, brass and copper alloys. We are able to work with a wide range of gauges from thin sheet/section to heavy plate/section.
Welding within the Petrochemical, nuclear and aviation sectors requires us to work to the highest level of in house procedural control and exact the highest standard of welding expertise. Therefore our welders are trained and coded to ASME IX BS4870 and EN288 in the MMA, MIG and TIG welding processes and are familiar with manufacturing to BS5500 and ASME IIIV to produce pressure vessels.
On site we have a Laser cutting machine capable of cutting material thickness up to 12mm.
In addition to conventional welding processes we offer:-

CAPACITY
- Folding – 100 tonne press brake with 3metre bed
- Shearing – Up to 6.5mm thickness – 3metre bed
- Rolling – Power rolls – 8” X 6’5” X 6’
- Punching and Nibbling : Universal nibbling, shearing and punching.
- Laser Profiling – 8’ x 4’ x 12mm thick – ferrous and non ferrous.
